We all know the ACE juice.

For sure we would have drank it at home or in a bar.

It is called so because it has to be rich in vitamin A and C and E. The packaging of the bottles there is always the picture of carrots and oranges.

So it is obvious that it is a juice made of carrots with oranges.
But to be honest, this juice has only traces of vitamin E.I would call it more juice AC , not ACE .Vitamin E is a vitamin with high antioxidant power, not much different from vitamin A and C.

Vitamin E has other functions, the recommended dose is 10mg daily per day . 100g of carrots will make 0.66mg of vitamin E,100g of oranges make 0.10mg.Then you also understand that vitamin E , a little there either.

I had drunk my first Juice more than 12 years ago.
I was on a break from work. I went out in front of my office and I went into a bar that now it is a famous ice cream shop.
I saw that there was a lady at the counter busy washing carrots .
I Sitting, taken in hand at once the menu and I read in the menu: " juice of fresh fruits and vegetables " .
A waitress came to the table to take our orders . " I want to try a Juice," I said with a curious air like a mature guy who had lived all experience that an adventurous life could offer, but that he had never drunk in his life a Juice.

“Which one!” answered the maid. “I don’t know, a good one”.

"I USE the Carrot-Apple ." Said the waitress .

"USE ? ? ! " .

Her :” Yes USE , try it’s good!.”

 

She said use . Because it is true that the centrifuges are good. It quench the thirst during the hot summers and  taste because their flavor. But they do much more. The drink Juice not only because they are good. But because it brings you many benefits. All centrifuges are good , but depending on the ingredients are good for several reasons.

But let's continue with the story .

Her: "I use the apple - carrot it’s very taste and it’s good  for the skin ."

She smiled on me and convinced me. She act like an expert  waitress who knows her job and is sure of what she says to customers, such as those waitress you see in the movies, but this looked you in the eye and smiling at you , she would have been able to make me drink anything  if I had met her in the evening in a club, but luckily I was offering an apple - carrot.

Me: "It goes to the apple - carrot ".

He brought me a glass with a orange-clear colored liquid . It took a couple of sips to finish it , it was fresh and the ice remained on the bottom.

It was very taste. But what made it very special was the feeling of fresh energy that I ran through the body as I finish it.
It was late and I had to go back my job .

I asked for the bill, it was "€ 6" !

At that moment I began to feel the bitter aftertaste of the Juice!.

I pay and swallow even the aftertaste .
I left very satisfied just  for the discovery of the apple-carrot Juice: I knew and felt that I had done something good for me.

I went back the next day and the maid was gone. I retuned the day after again  , and I never see the waitress again. I want her to imagine like an angel that wanted  show me the way for the salvation of body and soul. She fulfilled his duty and she returned to where she came .
However 6 euro per day for a break that lasted 5 minutes, was a bit expensive even if the intention was the salvation of body and soul.

So one day I went in and said,

" How do you make this?! .

" Which one? ," asked the lady at the tour
"That apple - carrot. "

"We use a juicer ," she said.

" Yes, I understand. But what are the ingredients. "

They looked at me with an air of amazement. "Well we put flour, eggs, salt ......It  will be made ​​with apples and carrots ... don’t’ you think so!!??  "

"Yes, but how many apples and carrots in proportion to how much " .....She did not give me a straight .

I went into that bar days before acting like a mature guy who had lived all the experiences that an adventurous life could offer, and went out that morning as an adult boy who did not understand anything except that it was time to get good juices.

The following Saturday I brought home my first Juicer. Since then I can't live without a juicer at home.
