Apple-Carrot Juice

Ingredients:
1 Golden Delicious apple
2 carrots

Process:
Wash the fruit well. Do not peel the apple, cut into slices if necessary to bring it into the funnel of the centrifuge.

What we are drinking:
The juice is rich in carotenoids (alpha and beta, the precursors of vitamin A), vitamin C, B vitamins (especially B3 and B5). Among the minerals there are potassium, phosphorus and calcium.

What are the benefits:
It helps to take under control the cholesterol levels in the blood. It cleanses and protects the liver. It protects the skin from external factors like the sun's rays.
