Carrot

The carrot is the root of the homonymous plant.
 
Its advantages are remarkable, and you just know that it abounds in carotenoids (precurors of vitamin A), viamina B1, B2, E and C.
 
They have presents minerals such as potassium, calcium and magnesium.
Carrots are rich in fiber such as pectin, lignin and cellulose.
