Uva - Grapes

UVA - Note for the healthThe grape is a fruit that contains many beneficial properties, aesthetic and medicines.

The raisin is a berry, consisting of about 80% water, carbohydrates in the form of sugars such as fructose and glucose, low protein and no fat (<- 0.1%).

The grapes are rich in minerals, such as manganese, copper, phosphorus, iron, but especially potassium.

Among the vitamins, grapes is rich in vitamin C, but also Vitamin B1, B2, PP and traces of Vitamin A.

In the seeds of black grapes there are proanthocyanidins (tannins) which are strong antioxidant flavonoids that have anti-tumor properties.

In the peel of the grapes there is resveratrol that is an anti-inflammatory and an anti-cancer.

The polyphenols present in grapes help to keep skin supple by counteracting the action of free radicals in the cell degeneration.

The glucose in the grape is used by the brain to perform many of its functions, but the abundance of sugar it does not recommend the use for those suffering from diabetes.

The grapes is a real concentrate of precious substances that promote well being.

Potassium

The mineral potassium is a essential mineral for our body and it is present in each of our cells accounts for quite 5% of the in our body.

Potassium is recognized to be a crucial to help theblood pressure, it plays a critical role in the absorption of excess sodium and facilitates the work of the heart. It 'been shown that a daily dose of just slightly higher than the recommended dose to significantly reduce the risk of stroke or cardiovascular problems in general.

Potassium together with sodium regulates water balance in the body and it is able to absorb the excess sodium in the body which increases the blood pressure and puts strain on the heart.

Potassium is essential for the metabolism of proteins and carbohydrates.
It is essential for protein synthesis of the amino acids in the blood. It helps to turn glucose into glycogen form in which glucose can be stored in the liver and then converted into energy, is involved in the transmission of electrochemical impulses, joins the phosphorus to send oxygen to the brain and together with calcium regulates neuromuscular activity.

Significant amounts of potassium help for anxiety, stress, irritability and a potassium deficiency leads to a reduction in muscle strength that leads to generalized fatigue and muscle weakness, in fact when potassium levels are low in the cells of the muscles are not able to function properly.

The potassium in the body is eliminated primarily in the urine and sweat. Excess potassium can be caused by kidney failure or severe lack of fluids.

Given what has been said before that sodium and potassium must balance an excess of sodium depletes the resources of potassium.

Among the vegetables are rich in potassium vegetables and legume green leaves, among the fruits are bananas, kiwi and apricots and raisins.

Kiwi

The Kiwi is a fruit whit a lot of properties.

It is rich in vitamin C, with 85 milligrams per 100 grams of fruit, higher than the daily requirement.

In addition there is also vitamin E that protects our body from aging.
It is Rich in potassium and low in sodium, the kiwi is suitable for those who suffer from high blood pressure. Also being poor in sodium helps fight hypertension caused by salt imbalances precisely by imbalances between potassium and sodium.

The richness in fiber and low calories makes it suitable for those who want to follow a low calorie diet

Among the minerals we have potassium, phosphorus, calcium, iron and magnesium.

Iron and magnesium help to combat stress while potassium is a help against fatigue and depression, for sports potassium helps prevent cramps.

And one of the richest fruits of poly phenols, carotenoids and flavonoids, and this together with a high amount of vitamin C and E makes the Kiwi fruit with high antioxidant properties, then the body is used to not die at the cellular level and thus to avoid the onset of degenerative diseases.

Among the vitamins present in kiwi also have folic acid vitamin B9 which is necessary for pregnant women to the fetus to develop properly.

Folic acid and vitamin C promote the absorption of iron and so it is great in case of anemia.

The kiwi also prevents prostate cancer because it contains the xanthophyll, a carotenoid that is able to counter this problem.

In conclusion, eating Kiwi helps ... mood, helps you feel stronger, but above all, it helps to feel young longer.

Protein Juice

protein juiceI think the fruit is vital for athletes.

Thanks to the contribution of vitamins and minerals all fruit is necessary for athletes.

For me it is essential to consume bananas and avocado.

These two fruits contain all the substances necessary to address a workout, but especially for the physical recovery after training.

That's why I invented a great juice for athletes, great to drink before and after your workout.

Ingredients1 Golden Delicious apple
 1/4 medium pineapple
 1/4 medium avocado
 1 stalk of celery
1 lime
1/2 bananaProcess
Cut an apple and pineapple slices and lime peel. Take avocados and cut into small slices, same goes for the banana. Centrifuge apple, pineapple, celery and lime. After that put the juice, banana and avocado slices in a blender and puree.

What we are drinking
This juice is rich in vitamins, especially vitamin A, C and B vitamins group, rich in minerals especially magnesium, potassium and zinc and boron, but mostly it is rich in branched chain amino acids present in bananas in the avocado.

What's are the benefits
This juice is especially good for athletes who need to strengthen the body. In fact, the branched chain amino acids present in this juice act as building blocks for muscle development. Zinc This helps the liver and is essential for bone formation with boron. Furthermore, the boron promotes the formation of natural steroid substances for the development of the muscles. Vitamin B helps metabolize carbohydrates and transform then in energy, pineapple instead helps metabolize the proteins present in the juice.

Enzymes

Notes for the healts
Enzymes are proteins that act as catalysts in biochemical processes of the human body. catalysts means that facilitate or accelerate these processes.Enzymes  are not involved in a biochemical way, but it help only from a kinetic point of view.
Enzymes are not consumed during the process. So at the end of this are still available for a new trial.Other characteristics of enzymes is that every single enzyme is responsible for a specific task.Enzyme deficiencies can lead to damages the functioning of the organism. The body creates to whether the enzymes, but may also have recourse to both animal and vegetable foods.Unfortunately, enzymes are heat-sensitive so only raw foods can help integrate the needs.Among the various foods are avocados, bananas, pineapples, mangoes but especially cauliflower.

Vitamin B12

Vitamin B12 is part of the group of B VitaminsIt 'a water soluble vitamin, in its center there is a cobalt atom. its for the cobalt atom that is also called Cobalomina. It is produced either by the animals or plants but microorganisms. The animals feed on plants contaminated with these microorganisms.Carnivorous animals eat instead of herbivorous animals that have assimilated these microorganisms eating contaminated plants. It is then synthesized by the human body and must therefore be introduced through food animals, mainly sheep liver.Vitamin B12 is important for the synthesis of hemoglobin. Its deficiency leads to the pernicious anemia or deficiency of red blood cells in the bone marrow. It needs, however, about 20 years because they generate a pathological condition in a healthy individual who does not assimilate this vitamin. That's why those who decide to become a vegetarian in adulthood apparently does not seem to suffer the consequences.Involved in the metabolism of proteins, carbohydrates and lipids, helping to convert food into energy. The vitamin B12 deficiency can be diagnosed easily because it creates depression, fatigue, weakness, pain in arms and legs (it is also called "Vitamin energizing"), dizziness, palpitations and stammer. Those who have high levels of this vitamin runs less risk of memory loss with aging because the nervous system is protected from the risk of degeneration of cells of the nervous system.Vitamin B12 is very useful for the hair, makes it possible to keep them strong and healthy because it regenerates the cells of the hair bulb and scalp. It also helps to transform beta carotene into Vitamin A.You may suffer from vitamin B12 deficiency by following a balanced diet, this due to the absence of a substance called "external factor" that helps to assimilate. The absence of this "factor" makes useless any attempts at assimilation of the vitamin by the body.

fast detox juice

I'm going to present a recipe that is one of my favorites when I start to feel weighed down by a series of heavy meals. It happens to everyone, even if you follow controlled diets, special during periods when we let go, we overdo it with food, just think of the holiday periods such as Christmas, or during the holidays. Nothing wrong with it, but then we need to get back on form , and voices would love that to happen right away, as if we had not "celebrated" like we did. This helps a lot in this recipe . Don't think , however, that( I never stop of repeating it in this blog )  the recipes are magic potions that just take a glass and poof ! as the magic potion Asterix get what we want .

It's not magic , it is simple nature that I write here.

So why I write it ? Because if for a period longer or shorter ( depending on how you feel after you ) you can replace a meal with this juice , you sentirese definitely lighter and cleaner inside without losing strength and energy .

We sincerely suggest you drink this juice instead of dinner , or accompanied by a light dinner (in this case I suggest to take it on an empty stomach before eating).

Iron

Iron is a mineral thai is needed for different functions, but its primary function is in the formation of hemoglobin protein. This protein is responsible for transporting oxygen from the lungs to all the tissues of our body to perform all the basic functions.

Iron is also a constituent of those enzymes that are involved it glucose metabolism or in the formation of energy.
That's why often iron deficiency involve fatigue and exhaustion .
Notes for the healthBut the Iron is also important for other metabolic processes such as the production of antibodies, the detoxification of the liver and the conversion of beta-carotene into vitamin A.
The Iron participates in some processes such as the synthesis of collagen, it is present in the brain as a cofactor for the synthesis of neurotransmitters such as serotonin, which is why iron deficiency can lead to irritability.
Iron deficiency in the daily diet is more widespread than one would think. It is said that 50 % of people fail to meet the daily requirement.
A major deficiency of this mineral leads to anemia.
Iron is found in meat, liver, legumes, nuts and green vegetables.
While the iron content in food animals is readily metabolizable, the Iron in plant is not easy to metabolizable, it must be synthesized and this requires vitamin C , which is why you need to eat for exemple spinach accompanied with freshly squeezed lemon juice .

Carrot Orange Lemon Juice

notes for the health
The juice ACE or (AC as I've said before) is a very tasty juice, sweet oranges make it really good to drink.
If you are looking for something similar but more powerful, you can substitute an orange with a lemon.
The lemon has the same content of vitamin C of the orange, but also has other benefits. It works as an anti-inflammatory, blood cleanser and helps both the appetite digestion.
The lemon has limonoids which are compounds that help cobattere skin cancer.
Then the juice is a juice that we get over that good and rich in vitamin C is a powerful tool depuatuvi dek liver and heart.

Ingredients
2 carrots
1 peeled orange
1 peeled lemon

Process
Peel the orange and the lemon, leaving the white skin, then wash the carrots and spin around.

What you drink
The juice is rich in carotenoids (alpha and beta precursor of vitamin A), vitamin C, B vitamins (especially B3 and B5). Among the minerals potassium, phosphorus and calcium.

What are the benefits:
Similar to ACE juice but this juice cleanses the blood, is more effective in protecting the skin from the ravages of time in the sun and pollution, and also improves digestion and helps to avoid the feeling of constipation.

Spinach

Spinach, among vegetables, are the most widespread in the world.
Spinach have a high content of vitamin A and C and also a few of vitamin D, F , PP, and K.

They also have minerals such as iron, copper, potassium, zinc, calcium and phosphorus.Spinach contain water for about 90%,  fibers about 2% and proteins for the 3 % and, to be a vegetable, are it is a lot.

The most important biochemical element is thelutein, a carotenoid that is particularly useful for the eyes and for the vision, it protects the health of the eyes by the onset of age-related degeneration and caterrata. It appears that lutein may , through the blood, accumulate in the retina of the eye apportandone excellent benefits.

The minerals elements in spinach make laxative and tonic, spinach are recommended for those suffering from constipation and indigestion due to its high fiber content. They should be eaten raw because it has been shown that boiled they lose more than 50% of their benefits. It is said that spinach is a rich source of iron, but the oxalic acid in spinach hinders the absorption of iron and calcium.

That is why it is advised to consume spinach with lemon (or vitamin C, which helps to assimilate these salts ) in order to exploit the iron it contains.

A.C.E. Juice or A.C. Juice ?

We all know the ACE juice.

For sure we would have drank it at home or in a bar.

It is called so because it has to be rich in vitamin A and C and E. The packaging of the bottles there is always the picture of carrots and oranges.

So it is obvious that it is a juice made of carrots with oranges.
But to be honest, this juice has only traces of vitamin E.I would call it more juice AC , not ACE .Vitamin E is a vitamin with high antioxidant power, not much different from vitamin A and C.

Vitamin E has other functions, the recommended dose is 10mg daily per day .
100g of carrots will make 0.66mg of vitamin E,100g of oranges make 0.10mg.Then you also understand that vitamin E , a little there either.

Omit the fact that, in order to fully exploit the benefits of these juices should be drunk fresh and not made up, in addition, the commercial juices are rich in sugars added if not even coloring. That's why I raccomed you to prefer the ACE juice made by yourself at home.So I'll post the recipe for the ACE juice .

Pineapple

The pineapple is the fruit of a herbaceous plant native of South AmericaThe pineapple is composed by 85/90 % water and is rich in minerals like potassium, manganese, magnesium, calcium and iron.
It has a low caloric intake ( 45cal per 100g).It contains a good dose of vitamins such as beta-carotene, vitamin B1 and vitamin C.

The pineapple has also organic acids such as citric acid, malic and oxalic acid.
Pineapple contains the bromelain, concentrated in its stem, which is an enzyme that attaches the pineapple of the unique features.
Thanks to the bromelain  pineapple has the ability to facilitate the digestion of proteins, even the most complex.

In practice allows to split the chain of amino acids of which proteins are composed. In addition, bromelain has anti-inflammatory capacity and anticoagulants: it inhibits platelet aggregation and is therefore effective as a blood thinner .

Organic acids have diuretic functions that prevent water retention, so the pineapple is a fruit recommended for those who have poor circulation of blood to combat and prevent cellulite. Thanks to vitamin C , beta-carotene and manganese , pineapple brings benefits to hair and skin. In addition, vitamin C and batacarotene are strong antioxidants to counter the effects of free radicals and protect against disease.
